Member of management committee, responsible for day-to-day operations and long-range planning.
Managed two lists annually totaling approximately 100 illustrated books, 25 calendars, and 10 gift products.
Established and oversaw budgets, assigned projects, scheduled books. Supervised full-time staff of five
plus freelance designers. Worked closely with editors, authors, photographers, production, and picture
research departments. Designed jackets and interiors of books, calendars, and gift items. Oversaw design
and production of two catalogs per year. Interacted with marketing department, supervised and budgeted
promotional materials, ads, and displays. Corresponded with foreign publishers and packagers. Consulted
in design of company website. Maintained ongoing file of photographers, illustrators, and freelance designers. 
Coordinated photo shoots. Oversaw transition to digital desktop publishing.
